RETURN GUIDELINES

It's important to remember that returns are only accepted if they are preceded by a return request; unsolicited returns sent to us will not be processed. Additionally, please be aware that if you are shipping from outside the United States, the transit time for your returned goods may be longer than expected. 

For all returns, whether the product is unwanted or faulty, please ensure that you send the item back within seven days of receipt, as indicated by the delivery date on the tracking record. It's important to note that for unwanted items, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including intact packaging. Refunds for these items will cover the cost of the product only, with shipping charges being non-refundable. In the case of faulty products, our Customer Service team will assist you in obtaining a replacement under Techno's limited warranty.

SHIPPING THE RETURN

Please do not send any products back to our head office. Instead, use the return address our Customer Service team provided to avoid delays or issues in processing your return. We recommend packaging the product carefully to prevent damage during transit and using a trackable shipment method. Techno is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT PROCESS

Upon receiving your return and conducting an inspection alongside the provided proof of purchase, we will proceed with processing your refund. Should the return meet our criteria and be approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. We ask that you allow an additional 8-10 days for this transaction to be processed. Please be aware that following this, there may be an additional period before your bank or credit card company posts the refund to your account.   • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return. Products postmarked more than seven (7) days after the original purchase date are not eligible for refunds.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Currently, we do not offer direct exchange options. The fastest and most efficient way to replace an item is to first return the original product for a refund. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
